The Recycling Process
- Material Selection—Specific polyethylene materials—plastic bags, bubble wrap, foam sheets—are isolated to maintain quality control.
- Separation & Processing—Polyethylene is separated from contaminants for thermal processing.
- Purification—Recycled plastics are heated to remove impurities, creating uniform molten material.
- Extrusion—Molten plastic is extruded through precision dies into consistent strands.
- Pelletization—Strands are converted into pellets with properties identical to virgin plastic—ready for manufacturing without performance loss.
